Introducing a new way to send samples and receive valuable patient feedback

Patient Connect is a new, unique feature within the Nutrinovo sampling service that enables patients to instantly report their preferences back to their dietitian, allowing patient needs to be met in a more timely manner.

How does Patient Connect work?

Request samples

Health Care Professional requests samples to be sent directly to their patient in the community via the simple 3-step request form Nutrinovo.com/free-sample

  • Input your details
  • Tailor your request by selecting the products and any literature you would like to be included or emailed to the patient.
  • Input your patient’s details

We will then send the requested samples directly to your patient in the community, along with a postcard containing their unique 5-digit code.

Once a patient has entered their unique code they will be able to confirm that they are happy with the product(s) they have been sent and if applicable, select their preferred flavour.

Receive patient feedback

Our system will then automatically send you an email confirming your patients name and their preferences.
