1) Contact with Company Representatives

We are restricting non essential representative visits as requested by customers on an individual basis. Your local representative will be in contact with you if you have meetings planned to make alternative arrangements if required.

2) Product Supply

We have substantial supplies of all our products in the UK and see no problems with continuing to supply all our customers. If you experience any local issues, please call us directly on 01249 691301.

3) Product Samples

We have taken a number of steps to ensure that we can continue with our unrivalled sampling service. We are able to send samples of our products direct to you, or direct to your patients via post. Please continue to request in the normal way – either via email, or through this website by clicking here

4) Product Information

We have made all our product materials available online here at nutrinovo.com. These can be printed as required. Our sample service allows you to send patient information digitally too.

6) Using HyFiber alongside EN in the ICU

HyFiber is a liquid fibre supplement that contains 12g soluble fibre in each 30ml sachet. It is used extensively alongside enteral feeds when you wish to use a non fibre containing enteral feed, and it allows you to tailor the amount of fibre the patient receives without increasing the amount of enteral feed being given. 7) Using ProSource products with post Covid-19 patients

There are a wide selection of ProSource products that are beneficial for the support of post Covid-19 patients. These include ProSource Liquid, ProSource Plus and ProSource Jelly. Each of these products are available in a variety of flavours, can be taken orally, and support good patient compliance. ProSource Jelly is pre-thickened to IDDSI level 4, making it an ideal option for those with Dysphagia.
